Med Cards That Last
At the conclusion of your physical, you will be presented with a laminated medical card. This helps reduce the risk of needing a duplicate.
Convenient Scheduling
DOT Physicals are available at our Monticello, IA office 5 days a week throughout the day. We will do our best to minimize the time your physical takes and limit your idle time.
